We understand that life is busy and things come up that we cannot predict. There are those, however, whom try as they might, just simply cannot seem to stay organized. In response to this, and out of respect for our technicians, we have implemented the following.

Cancellation Policy:

As a courtesy to the technicians who are serving you, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to comply with this requirement will result as follows:

1st Offense - You will be given a warning and, prior to being allowed to schedule another appointment, will be given the option of either pre-paying for your appointments moving forward or providing your credit card information to be kept on file.

2nd Offense - If cancelled less than 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the total of your scheduled services.

3rd Offense - If cancelled between 24-48 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the total of your scheduled appointments. If cancelled less than 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the total of your scheduled appointments.
